https://{jfrog_url}/onemodel/api/v1/cosmo/metrics
Returns the Cosmo router's Prometheus metrics. The route exists only when both OneModel metrics and Cosmo router metrics are enabled.
Security: Same as GET /onemodel/api/v1/metrics (system:metrics:r). A tenant id is not allowed, except the cell meta-tenant.
