Abort Release Bundle V2 Distribution

Aborts the distribution of a Release Bundle v2 version. The Abort operation affects only those targets that have not yet received the complete Release Bundle. If the auto_create_missing_repositories option was set to true during distribution, any repositories created before the Abort operation was implemented are not removed.

Security: Requires permissions to distribute Release Bundles.
