Get Release Bundle v2 Version Promotions

Returns the details of all promotions for the specified Release Bundle v2 version. All promotion records are provided regardless of status, including failed attempts.

Security: Requires Read permissions to the target Release Bundle path.

Defines whether to list the promotions in ascending (true) or descending (false) order. The default value is false.
