Export Release Bundle Version v2 Archived File

Triggers the Release Bundle v2 export process from JFrog Distribution. This is used when working in an Air Gap environment. Before exporting, verify that the signing key has been propagated to the list of trusted public keys in the source Artifactory using the Propagate Public Signing Key REST API.

Security: Requires Release Bundle distribute permissions.
