Creates a new global environment.
Note:
- By default, Artifactory supports up to 10 global environments. To change this default value, modify the Access configuration YAML. The maximum recommended number of environments is 30.
- The maximum length of an environment name is 32 characters.
Security: Requires Platform Admin privileges.
