Updates an existing Grid topology configuration. All fields are optional — only the supplied fields are updated.
Returns 200. If federation configuration fails for a particular site
after the store succeeds, that site's status will be reported as
Disconnected with a status_description.
Security: Requires a token with admin privileges.
