Imports the Access configuration. Place the Access backup file in the following location with the filename access.bootstrap.json: $JF_HOME/etc/access/access.bootstrap.json. The API loads only this file from this location.
Note: This API is available only in Self-hosted instances.
Security: Requires admin privileges.
