Returns aggregated entity-sync status counts (failure, in_progress,
success) for every monitored entity type, aggregated across all JPDs
in the Grid.
Monitored entity types (public keys): users, groups,
permissions, tokens, projects, environments, roles,
projectGroups, projectUsers, projectResources.
Security: Requires a token with admin privileges.
