Execute an HTTP-Triggered Worker

Executes an HTTP-triggered worker.

Security: Requires Platform Admin privileges, or Project Admin
privileges on the worker's project. Any authenticated user can execute
a worker that has shared set to true.

Dynamic payload: The request body structure depends on the worker's action type (e.g. BEFORE_DOWNLOAD, SCHEDULED_EVENT).
Each action defines its own input shape. Use GET /worker/api/v2/actions to obtain per-action metadata at runtime
(samplePayload, typesDefinitions).
