Distribute Release Bundle V2 Version

Distributes a Release Bundle v2 to the specified target edge nodes. The distribution rules define which sites receive the bundle. Supports dry-run mode to simulate the distribution without executing it.

Whether to include evidence files in the distribution. When true, evidence associated with artifacts is distributed alongside the artifacts. Requires the enhanced distribution engine and Distribution 2.38.0 or later (enabled by default from 2.39.0), Artifactory 7.144.2 or later, and the evidence-distribution-enabled configuration to be turned on.
