Update Distribution Priority

Updates the priority of an in-flight Release Bundle v2 distribution tracker.

  • Optional base priority updates the distribution-level priority. Omit it to leave the base
    priority unchanged and apply only per-rule priorities in distribution_rules.
  • Optional distribution_rules with per-rule priority update matching targets.
  • Requires Distribution admin permission.
  • Per-target outcome is reported as applied, recorded, skipped, or unchanged
    (see DistributionPriorityUpdateResult).
