Submit an approve or reject decision for a pending waiver request. The caller must belong to one of the decision_owners groups on the policies associated with the request. Requires Manage Policies permission.
Set status to approved or rejected. For approvals of a regular (version-scoped) waiver, omit duration_days for a permanent waiver, or set it to 1-365 for a time-limited waiver. For a package pending Catalog update, duration_days is required on approval (1-365). The UI suggests 2 days. Permanent waivers are not allowed. duration_days is not allowed when rejecting.
