Registers up to 100 local Maven patch artifacts and their CycloneDX 1.6
remediation declarations. The complete request body is limited to 1 MiB
(1,048,576 bytes).

Each artifact must already exist in an Xray-indexed local Artifactory
repository. Its stored SHA-256 must match both sha256 and the SHA-256
hash of the patched component in the declaration.

Request-level failures use non-2xx responses. Once a batch is accepted
for processing, each patch has its own result and the operation returns
HTTP 200 even if individual patches are rejected.
