Checks whether a Runtime registration token exists and whether it is expired or approaching expiry.
Returns token_exists, expires_at, days_until_expiry, warning_threshold, and is_expired. This API does not return the registration token value. Use Get Registration Token to retrieve access_token.
Requires Resource Manager permissions.
