Manage Your Cloud Billing

Subscription Information

This feature is supported on the Cloud (SaaS) platform for all licenses.

The Billing page gives you full visibility of your account billing, and allows you to make more informed decisions about your account and to optimize your usage.

The information on the Billing page will change according to your billing type: whether your account is billed monthly or annually.

Monthly Accounts

You can set your account on a monthly billing cycle.

Analyze Your Monthly Account Billing

The Overview tab gives you a graphic representation of your most important account details.

Monthly Invoices

  1. To view or download your past invoices, click the Billing Reports tab, which contains a list of all of your past reports.
  2. To download a report, click the download icon next to that report.

Annual Accounts

Prepaid accounts are billed on an annual basis, then each month the billing is deducted from the remainder.

Analyze Your Account Billing

The Overview tab gives you a graphic representation of your most important account details.

Note

If you have more than one JFrog subscription associated with your account, the Billing page will display a unified view of all your subscriptions.

Billing History

  1. To download your past billing reports, click the Billing Reports tab, which contains a list of all of your past reports.
  2. To download a report, click the download icon next to that report.

Edit Account Details

Click the Account Details tab to view or edit your account and billing details which will be reflected on your invoices and billing reports.

Edit Credit Card Information

  1. To update your credit card information, click the Account Details tab on the Billing page.

  2. Scroll down to the Credit Card section, and click the edit icon next to it.

  3. Enter the new credit card details in the dialog window and click Save. You will receive an email once your credit card details have been updated.

  4. If there is a debt balance on the account, updating your credit card information will automatically charge the due balance to the credit card. Click Agree to confirm this charge and finish the process.

Note

If your JFrog service has been blocked as the result of a billing debt, once you update your credit card details, you will also receive a separate email once your JFrog service has been reactivated.
