Manage Your Subscription

The MyJFrog Settings page enables you to manage the subscriptions in you JFrog account, such as modifying a subscription or changing your cloud provider or region.

How do Multiple and Single Subscriptions Differ?

  • If you have multiple subscriptions, at the top of the dashboard you will see a dropdown that lets you view the list of subscriptions. To view all the subscriptions in a table, select View All Subscriptions.

    • To view the information for one of your subscriptions, click the subscription name to be transferred to the specific subscription page.
    • To return to the list of subscriptions, click the subscription name an the top of the dashboard and go to View all subscriptions.

Platform Single Sign-On to MyJFrog

📘

Note

Only MyJFrog Primary Admins can enable Platform SSO. For more information, see User Roles.

To perform their tasks, Platform Admins use dashboards and configuration settings in both the JFrog Platform interface and the MyJFrog Portal. When you enable the single sign-on feature, Platform Admins can open the MyJFrog Portal directly from the JFrog Platform.

Tip

  • Single sign-on is only available to users assigned the Admin role in your subscription. Other users are unaffected.
  • Admins that do not already have a MyJFrog user are logged in with read-only access. Invite your Admin users to the MyJFrog portal to create user accounts for them. See Invite a New User to MyJFrog.
  • After SSO, users can work in all MyJFrog dashboards and portal pages permitted by their role.
  • To change their MyJfrog account settings, users must re-authenticate with their MyJFrog user credentials.

To enable SSO to MyJFrog for Admins in your subscription:

  1. Log in to the MyJFrog portal as the Primary Admin.

    Go to Settings | General.

  2. In the Enable Platform SSO section, do one of the following:

    • For a single-JPD subscription, click the Enable Platform SSO toggle.

    • For a multi-JPD subscription, do one of the following:

      • Select Subscription to enable SSO for all current and future JPDs in your subscription.
      • Select Custom and enable SSO for specific JPDs in the dropdown list.

To open the MyJFrog portal with SSO:

  1. In the JFrog Platform interface, select the Platform module.
  2. In the left menu bar click MyJFrog Portal. The MyJFrog Portal opens in a new tab in your browser.
