Edit Lifecycle Policy

Edit a JFrog AppTrust lifecycle policy in the Platform UI to update its configuration, then save changes so the updates apply in subsequent evaluations.

You can modify the configuration of an existing lifecycle policy, including scope, lifecycle gate, action, and description. To create a policy instead, see Create Lifecycle Policy.

Prerequisites

A role that includes the Manage AppTrust Policy action.

Edit a Lifecycle Policy

To edit a lifecycle policy:

In the JFrog Platform, go to AppTrust > Policies.
In the Lifecycle Policies table, locate the policy you want to edit and on the right side of that row, choose Edit. The Edit Policy wizard appears.

In the Edit Policy wizard, make the changes you need.
Review your changes in the summary panel, and click Save Changes to apply the updates.

The updated policy takes effect immediately and is used in subsequent evaluations.
