Tag a Release Bundle v2 Version

A tag is a short text description that can help you identify a Release Bundle v2 version. For example, you can use a tag to mark a version as a release candidate. The tag appears on the version's card on the Release Lifecycle stages board and in the Release Bundle v2 version details sidebar.
