Connect your Package Manager or IDE to Artifactory

This section provides configuration instructions for connecting package management clients and IDEs to Artifactory. After setting up local, virtual, and remote repositories for the package types you work with, you can use supported clients to natively manage packages and securely proxy or cache dependencies from over 40 supported remote registries.

To connect your package manager or IDE:

1. From the table of contents to the left hand side of this window: Select the relevant package or repository type. For example, AI Editor Extension Repositories.
2. Follow the instructions as described in that section.
